About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa scene features a grey tufted three-seater sofa, nested coffee tables, and a rug for living room layouts. The central piece is a contemporary three-seater sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, featuring a button-tufted backrest and tapered dark wood legs. The low-profile arms provide a streamlined silhouette suitable for minimalist or modern interiors. Accompanying the sofa is a set of two nested coffee tables with dark wood finishes, positioned on a neutral area rug. A framed abstract wall art piece completes the arrangement. The proportions are balanced for residential lounge areas, offering a cohesive look that combines soft textile textures with clean, dark-toned furniture elements for visual contrast.

The download is a 66.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is organised with logical layer naming, allowing users to isolate the sofa from the accessory set if required. The materials are ready for standard render setups, and the geometry is optimized for efficient viewport navigation. Users should verify that texture paths are correctly mapped upon opening the file. The sofa is modelled at a real-world scale, making it simple to merge into larger interior projects or adjust the grouping to fit specific floor plan requirements.

This furniture scene is ideal for residential interior visualisations, particularly in living room or open-plan apartment design concepts. It pairs well with neutral palettes and can be used in both professional presentations and concept development stages. Architects and designers looking for a quick, ready-to-use lounge arrangement will find this asset useful for staging model units or creating high-quality marketing renders.
