About this asset

This contemporary event backdrop scene for SketchUp features a modular partition, a large balloon arch, and two draped display tables. The setup consists of a multi-panel room divider backdrop featuring a black and pink striped pattern with integrated signage. A prominent balloon arch in varying shades of pink and white creates a focal point, accented by dried floral arrangements. Two circular tables are included, each fitted with floor-length white fabric drapes. These tables are topped with small cakes, pastries, and decorative dessert stands, completing the festive aesthetic. The composition is arranged as a cohesive display, providing a balanced visual structure suitable for event planning or interior concept visualisation projects.

The download is a 172 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is best utilised as a component-based model. Users should manage the geometry using layers or tags to toggle between the backdrop, balloons, and table arrangements for easier scene navigation. The fabric textures on the tables and the balloon surfaces are mapped for standard material application. For optimal performance, ensure the complex floral geometry is grouped separately to maintain viewport responsiveness during the lighting and rendering setup process.

This asset is designed for use in hospitality, event planning, and retail showroom projects. It is ideal for visualising party setups, wedding stages, or promotional displays where a festive, modern aesthetic is required. Professionals can incorporate this scene into commercial proposals to demonstrate spatial layouts and decor themes. It pairs effectively with other event-themed assets such as modular staging, lighting rigs, and additional floral arrangements, facilitating quick iterations during the design development phase of event staging projects.
