Dark Wood Traditional Altar Set with Decorative Screen

This traditional altar set for 3ds Max features a dark wood console with intricate carvings, a decorative backdrop, and ceramic vases. This comprehensive altar assembly comprises a central console table, a large rear decorative screen, and a pair of tall floor vases. The table exhibits elaborate, traditional wood carvings along its apron and legs, finished in a deep, dark wood tone. The backdrop panel features a central gold-leaf character within an octagonal frame, flanked by vertical panels with floral motifs and geometric borders. The set includes various ceremonial accessories such as small metallic vessels, potted plants, and fruit offerings, all arranged to create a complete, culturally specific focal point for interior spaces.

The download is a 182 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the scene units match your project scale to maintain correct proportions for the console and screen. The objects are grouped, allowing for easy placement against interior walls. Materials are mapped with standard texture paths; verify that your render engine's shader settings are correctly assigned upon import. Use the pivot points provided at the base of the console and floor vases for precise alignment on floor surfaces or custom platforms.

Ideal for high-end residential interiors, cultural heritage projects, or themed hospitality spaces, this altar set provides a sophisticated focal point for living rooms or dedicated study areas. It pairs well with minimalist or classic interior styles to create a balanced, contemplative atmosphere. Designers searching for ancestral furniture, ceremonial display units, or traditional wood craftsmanship will find this asset suitable for detailed visualisations. It is particularly effective in projects requiring authentic cultural representation, such as luxury apartments or boutique hotel lobby designs.
