Dark Wood Coffee Table with Ornate Fretwork Detail

This 3ds Max coffee table features a square dark wood frame with intricate fretwork detailing and an included tea service set. The coffee table is constructed from dark-stained wood, featuring a square tabletop with a recessed central area. The apron is defined by a delicate, repeating geometric fretwork pattern that adds a traditional decorative element to the piece. It stands on four slender, curved legs that provide a refined silhouette. The surface is currently dressed with a circular metallic tray, a glass teapot, and four matching glass teacups with saucers, creating a complete social setting. The dark finish contrasts with the transparency of the glassware, making it a focal point for living room arrangements.

The download is a 32.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed through grouped geometry, allowing for easy separation of the table from the tea service accessories. Users should verify the pivot point at the base for accurate floor placement. Material slots are assigned to the wood surface and the glassware components; adjustments to the wood grain mapping or glass refraction indices can be performed within the material editor to match specific lighting setups. The scale is set to real-world units, facilitating seamless integration into existing interior scenes.

This piece is well-suited for formal living rooms, sunrooms, or luxury hotel lounge areas requiring a sophisticated touch. It pairs effectively with classic or transitional upholstery and works as a centrepiece in residential interior design projects. Designers often search for ornate wooden tables or detailed coffee table sets to populate high-end living area visualisations.
