Dark Brown Timber TV Cabinet with Louvred Doors

This dark brown timber TV cabinet 3ds Max model features four louvred doors and a central drawer for classic media storage. Constructed from solid timber with a deep brown finish, this traditional TV console rests on four tapered legs. The front facade is defined by four symmetrical louvred cabinet doors, providing subtle texture and ventilation. A central drawer is positioned beneath an open media shelf, featuring a singular brass-toned knob. The top surface has slightly rounded corners, softening the rectangular silhouette. This piece balances functional storage with a refined aesthetic, suitable for formal living spaces. All hardware is finished in a metallic tone, contrasting against the dark wood grain of the unit.

The download is a 5.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical grouping for easy placement and material adjustments. Users should check the pivot point at the base for efficient snapping to floor levels. The louvred elements and drawer fronts are separate objects, allowing for animation or open-state display if required. Ensure the texture maps are correctly linked in the material editor upon import. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the wood grain and metallic hardware details, typically using a soft area light or HDRI setup.

This media console is ideal for traditional or transitional living rooms, hotel suites, and formal residential interiors. It pairs well with classic upholstery, timber flooring, and neutral wall palettes. Architects and interior designers often search for this type of furniture when specifying joinery for media walls or standalone entertainment hubs. It is particularly effective in projects requiring a warm, timeless feel, fitting seamlessly into refined home cinema setups or family rooms where concealed storage is preferred over open shelving.
