About this asset

This contemporary modular sectional sofa and coffee table set is a SketchUp model featuring cream fabric and a sleek glass-top table. The low-profile, modular sectional sofa features a clean, block-like geometry finished in a neutral cream fabric. It includes a chaise extension and a collection of accent cushions in varied grey and tan tones. Accompanying the seating is a rectangular coffee table with a rounded-edge base, featuring a glass top and a solid, light-coloured frame. The set is presented with a textured, distressed-style area rug underneath, creating a cohesive lounge composition. The design prioritises a minimalist aesthetic, suitable for modern open-plan living areas where clean lines and soft, inviting textures are essential for comfort.

The download is a 55.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this model into a SketchUp scene, place the components as a grouped entity to maintain their relative alignment. Use the scale tool to adjust the overall footprint to fit specific floor plans, ensuring the textures on the fabric and rug are mapped correctly for your render output. The individual pieces are logically layered, allowing for easy selection if you need to reposition the coffee table or modify the cushion arrangement within your wider interior design project.

This set is ideal for residential lounge areas, luxury hotel suites, and contemporary showroom displays. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, neutral wall palettes, and natural timber flooring. Designers often search for this type of modular seating when planning flexible living room layouts that require a balanced, sophisticated aesthetic. Whether used in high-end apartment staging or as part of a detailed architectural visualisation, this model provides a versatile foundation for creating comfortable, inviting spaces that focus on modern, clean-lined furniture arrangements.
