About this asset

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp includes a tufted white sofa, two armchairs, a TV unit, and accessories in a coordinated layout. This comprehensive furniture arrangement features a three-seater sofa with deep button-tufted back detailing, upholstered in a crisp white fabric. It is accompanied by two matching armchairs with grey interior upholstery and white exterior frames. The set includes a low-profile TV console with a textured front, a circular coffee table with a dark top and metal base, a large floral-patterned area rug, and a slim floor lamp. Each element is scaled for a standard residential lounge, providing a cohesive aesthetic through a neutral palette of white and grey tones throughout the collection.

The download is a 163 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this collection into SketchUp as a single component group or explode it to manage individual assets. Each piece is organised into layers, allowing for easy selection and placement within larger architectural models. Textures are mapped for immediate use, and the geometry is lightweight enough to maintain performance in complex scenes. Designers should verify the scale against their floor plans upon insertion and adjust the lighting settings to suit their specific project requirements for final visualisation.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this furniture set is well-suited for staging living room areas in apartments, houses, and show homes. It pairs effectively with modern or transitional architectural styles and provides a complete, ready-to-use solution for quick interior visualisations. Professionals looking for a balanced, neutral seating arrangement for client presentations will find this set efficient.
