About this asset

This contemporary bar stool for 3ds Max features a glossy white moulded plastic seat shell supported by a slender black metal frame. Defined by its clean lines and minimalist profile, this bar stool consists of a smooth, contoured seat shell finished in a high-gloss white plastic. The organic, rounded geometry of the seat provides ergonomic support while maintaining a lightweight aesthetic. This shell is mounted onto a slim, black powder-coated metal frame that includes an integrated rectangular footrest for added stability and comfort. The legs feature a simple, open-frame design that keeps the visual footprint minimal, making it an ideal choice for compact interiors that require a functional yet unobtrusive seating solution.

The download is a 1.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the seat shell and frame components independently. Users should apply appropriate material IDs to the plastic and metal surfaces to ensure realistic light interaction in their chosen render engine. The asset is scaled to standard bar height, but can be easily adjusted using the scale tool or by modifying the vertex positions of the leg geometry if specific counter heights are required for a particular project layout.
