The download is a 108 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, import this set as a group to maintain the spatial relationships between the table, chairs, and light fixture. Use the layer manager to isolate the pendant light for independent control over its illumination settings. Since the materials are pre-applied, verify the UV mapping upon import to ensure the marble veining and fabric textures appear correctly at your chosen scale. Adjust the pivot points of the chairs if you need to reposition them around the table for specific camera angles.

Ideal for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury kitchen nooks, or boutique hospitality projects, this set creates a focal point in open-plan living areas. It pairs well with neutral palettes and minimalist decor, making it a versatile choice for professional visualisers. Search for this asset when specifying furniture for modern apartment fit-outs or sophisticated restaurant dining zones. The inclusion of the pendant light makes it particularly useful for quick scene assembly in interior design presentations and architectural walkthroughs.
