About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table set features tiered white marble surfaces with metallic trim and a dark wood base. This nesting coffee table set comprises two distinct geometric units: a larger rectangular table and a smaller circular companion. The tops are finished in a white marble veneer with prominent grey veining, framed by a slim metallic edge. The main rectangular section is supported by a solid, tapered base finished in a dark, textured wood grain. The smaller circular table rests on a cylindrical marble pedestal. Included in the set is a curated collection of decorative accessories, including a potted fern, small ceramic bowls, stacked books, and a minimalist metal-framed accent piece.

The download is a 10.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is organised as a single hierarchical group, allowing for easy placement and rotation within a living room scene. The materials are mapped using standard coordinate settings, making it straightforward to adjust the tiling or scale of the marble and wood textures. Users should check the pivot point at the base of the primary unit for accurate floor-level alignment. The included decorative objects are separated into distinct layers, enabling designers to toggle them on or off as needed.

This piece is ideal for sophisticated residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or high-end executive lounge areas. Its layered configuration provides a dynamic focal point in open-plan spaces, working well alongside modular sofas or low-profile lounge chairs. Designers often specify this style of nesting table for projects requiring flexible surface space without sacrificing a clean, curated aesthetic.
