About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a white fabric tufted modular sofa accompanied by a leather lounge chair and tables. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centres on a low-profile, modular sofa upholstered in a white fabric with a distinctive tufted, quilted-style seat and backrest. The set includes a matching low-slung lounge chair finished in two-tone brown and white leather, a rectangular coffee table with a dark wood grain top and cylindrical supports, and a small round side table with a marble-effect surface. Decorative elements include a textured wall hanging, a framed landscape print, and assorted throw cushions in mustard yellow and monochrome patterns. The entire collection is grounded by a neutral grey area rug.

The download is a 228 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual assets within your interior layout. Use the native component browser to manage the furniture elements. Materials are applied as standard textures; maintain the integrity of the mapping by using the scale tool cautiously. For rendering, ensure all face normals are oriented outwards to avoid shading errors. Light the scene using an HDRI environment map to best capture the subtle textures of the fabric and the wood grain.

This versatile scene is ideal for residential living room visualisations, hotel lobby concepts, or high-end apartment staging. The modular nature of the sofa allows it to fit into various floor plans, from open-concept layouts to more intimate seating areas. Designers searching for contemporary lounge furniture will find this set useful for quick interior mockups. It pairs effectively with minimalist architectural shells and neutral wall palettes, providing a balanced, curated look for client presentations during the design development phase of a project.
