About this asset

This contemporary modular sofa lounge set for SketchUp features a white fabric sofa, matching ottoman, terrazzo tables, and floor lamp. This comprehensive lounge set centres on a low-profile modular sofa upholstered in white fabric, complemented by a large square ottoman with a textured finish. The grouping includes two cylindrical coffee tables with a speckled stone aesthetic and a slender metal floor lamp featuring a two-tone finish. A patterned woven rug anchors the composition, providing a cohesive foundation for the various seating and accessory elements. The design prioritises clean lines and a neutral palette, offering a balanced mix of soft textiles and hard surface materials suitable for refined interior compositions.

The download is a 87.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised for efficient scene assembly. Users can import the components as a single group or explode the model to isolate specific items like the coffee tables or lighting. The materials are applied with standard mapping, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric textures or stone finishes. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for easy toggling during render setup, and use the native scale tools to adjust the grouping to fit specific room dimensions.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set works well in open-plan spaces, hotel lobbies, or casual reception areas. The neutral colour scheme pairs easily with various interior styles, from minimalist to modern. Professionals often use such complete sets to populate architectural renders quickly, searching for terms like modular lounge furniture, contemporary living room sets, or curated interior decor. The pieces can be rearranged or used individually to suit specific project layouts, providing versatility for both small and large-scale interior design schemes.
