About this asset

This contemporary white fabric L-shaped sectional sofa set for SketchUp features a modular configuration with accent cushions and a matching coffee table. This sectional sofa set comprises an L-shaped modular sofa upholstered in a light-toned fabric, complemented by a series of scatter cushions in white and pale yellow. The sofa features a low-profile, clean-lined design suitable for large lounge areas. Accompanying the seating is a solid, dark-finished rectangular coffee table and a contemporary floor lamp with a drum shade. The modular nature of the sofa allows for varied spatial arrangements, while the neutral palette ensures versatility in diverse interior schemes. The composition provides a complete living room arrangement in a single package.

The download is a 13.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this model is best utilised by importing the component directly into your master scene. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer to maintain file organisation. The geometry is grouped for easy manipulation, allowing you to reposition the modular segments or the coffee table to fit your specific room dimensions. You can easily adjust the material properties within the native materials editor to refine the fabric texture or wood finish to match your project requirements.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this set also serves well in hospitality projects such as hotel lounge areas or lobby waiting spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist or contemporary decor, providing a balanced focal point for open-plan layouts. Professionals searching for a complete, ready-to-place furniture arrangement will find this set efficient for rapid prototyping and high-quality interior renders. It is particularly useful for staging residential floor plans where a large, comfortable seating area is required to define the space.
