Contemporary White and Sage Work Desk with Mustard Upholstered Office Chair Set

This contemporary 3ds Max work desk set features a wall-mounted unit in white and sage, paired with a mustard upholstered swivel chair. This workstation comprises a minimalist wall-mounted desk and a matching office chair. The desk features a clean white frame with two sage-coloured drawers, each fitted with recessed semi-circular pulls for a streamlined aesthetic. Below the desk, integrated power sockets are visible. The accompanying chair is a modern swivel design with a distinct mustard-coloured, tufted fabric seat shell supported by a slender grey metal base. Accessories including a desktop computer, task lamp, and books are included as part of the scene, providing a complete, ready-to-use aesthetic for a home study or contemporary professional office environment.

The download is a 20.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a grouped collection, allowing for easy placement and alignment against walls. Users should verify the scale against their interior scene and utilise the individual object layers to toggle accessories on or off as needed. Materials are mapped for standard render workflows, and the chair's pivot point is pre-set at the base for rotation. To integrate this into a larger BIM project, ensure the desk height is adjusted to standard ergonomic requirements during the initial placement phase.
