Contemporary Walnut Wood Desk with Rattan Chair Set

This contemporary walnut wood desk and rattan chair set for 3ds Max features a heavy-set timber aesthetic with a woven backrest. The desk is characterized by a thick, solid-wood rectangular top finished in a deep walnut-brown tone, showcasing a visible grain pattern. It is supported by two substantial, angled slab-style legs that provide a sturdy, minimalist profile. Paired with the desk is a matching chair, which incorporates a distinct rattan-weave insert within its wooden frame. The set comes complete with a selection of curated desktop accessories, including a glass sphere, a ceramic vessel, and various stationery items, all arranged to provide a realistic, lived-in appearance for interior architectural visualizations.

The download is a 109 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object layers, allowing for the independent selection of the desk, the chair, and the individual decorative props. Users can easily merge the file into a larger scene, where the clean geometry facilitates straightforward texture mapping and material adjustments. The assets are scaled to standard ergonomic dimensions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into office or study room environments without requiring extensive manual resizing or repositioning of the component parts.

This workspace set is ideal for high-end residential projects, home offices, or executive suites where a refined, natural aesthetic is desired. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes, indoor plants, and soft area rugs to create a sophisticated focal point. Professionals searching for a balanced, ready-to-render study configuration will find this model suitable for both mid-century modern and contemporary interior design schemes, particularly in scenes aiming for a quiet, productive atmosphere within a luxury apartment or a private library.
