About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp nightstand set features two drawers with natural rattan cane inserts and a warm walnut wood finish. This pair of nightstands offers a clean, contemporary aesthetic with a clear nod to mid-century design. Each unit features two drawers fronted with woven rattan panels, providing a tactile, organic contrast to the solid walnut-tone frame. The piece sits on tapered wooden legs, lending an airy, elevated profile to the bedroom. Small, minimal circular knobs centre each drawer front, maintaining the streamlined look. The proportions are compact yet practical, making these ideal for flanking a bed while offering sufficient storage for night-time essentials in a refined, warm-toned material palette.

The download is a 6.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp model by importing it as a component into your master bedroom scene. The clean geometry allows for easy alignment against headboards or wall panels. Ensure the model is placed on a flat surface layer to maintain correct floor-to-leg contact. You can easily adjust the wood grain mapping or rattan texture scale within the materials editor to match your specific rendering requirements or project colour schemes. The components are grouped logically, allowing for quick material overrides or minor modifications if needed.

These nightstands are well-suited for residential master suites, guest rooms, or boutique hotel bedrooms where a warm, organic modern feel is desired. They pair effectively with upholstered beds, linen bedding, and soft ambient lighting. Search for these as bedside tables, cane-front storage, or bedroom nightstands when developing interior design concepts that prioritise natural materials and clean, functional silhouettes. Their neutral tones integrate seamlessly into various palettes, from soft monochromatic schemes to richer, earth-toned interior designs.
