About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp furniture set features a walnut wood sofa, bench, and coffee table with integrated leather upholstery. This collection comprises four distinct pieces unified by a warm walnut timber finish and sleek, contemporary lines. The set includes a low-profile sofa with tufted leather seating, a matching bench with a leather cushion, and two coffee tables. One table features a minimalist square profile, while the larger rectangular unit includes integrated storage. Every piece emphasises horizontal orientation and refined wood joinery, showcasing the natural grain of the walnut. The combination of dark leather accents and rich wood tones provides a cohesive aesthetic suitable for high-end interior spaces requiring a sophisticated, natural look.

The download is a 76.5 MB file containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this collection directly into SketchUp for rapid prototyping of living room layouts. Each piece is organised as a separate group, allowing for easy selection, rotation, and placement within the model. The materials are mapped for immediate use, though users may wish to adjust the reflection settings on the leather and wood textures to suit their preferred render engine. Ensure the model origin is set correctly when importing to maintain alignment with existing floor plans.

This furniture set is ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and executive lounge areas where a cohesive, high-quality aesthetic is required. It pairs well with neutral palettes, stone flooring, and soft ambient lighting. Professionals searching for luxury walnut furniture, modular seating arrangements, or contemporary lounge sets will find these assets highly versatile. They are particularly effective for mid-to-late stage design visualisations where material fidelity and clean, architectural forms are essential for communicating a refined, modern interior design concept to clients.
