About this asset

This contemporary double bed for 3ds Max features a rich walnut frame and a vertical-channel upholstered headboard with plush bedding. Defined by its organic, rounded silhouette, this double bed combines a warm walnut timber frame with a crisp, off-white upholstered headboard. The headboard features vertical channel stitching, providing a soft contrast to the dark, grain-rich wood surround. The base sits on integrated, curved wooden supports that give the frame a floating appearance. The included bedding set consists of a mattress, fitted sheet, and a folded grey throw, creating a layered, lived-in aesthetic. The proportions are balanced, suitable for master suites or guest rooms requiring a sophisticated, modern focal point.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with clear object separation, allowing for easy material assignment or modification of the textile textures. The geometry is optimized for clean edge loops, ensuring smooth performance when applying subdivision modifiers. Users can easily snap the base to floor planes or integrate it into larger bedroom scenes. Ensure the texture maps for the walnut grain are properly unwrapped to maintain visual fidelity under various lighting conditions, including soft ambient interior setups.

Ideal for residential master bedrooms and high-end hospitality projects, this bed pairs well with minimalist bedside tables and soft, ambient wall lighting. It functions effectively in interior design visualizations where a blend of natural textures and clean, contemporary lines is required. Professional designers often search for this style when specifying furniture for luxury apartments, boutique hotels, or sophisticated home staging projects. Its neutral palette allows for seamless integration into various colour schemes, from monochromatic greys to warm, earth-toned bedroom interiors.
