About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a bespoke L-shaped TV wall unit finished in walnut wood veneer with contrasting white cabinetry. This L-shaped media wall combines a feature slatted-wood panel section with integrated open shelving and closed white-fronted storage cabinets. The design wraps around an internal corner, providing a unified look for living room media storage. The walnut finish provides a warm, textured base, while the clean white doors offer a crisp, modern contrast. Vertical timber slats behind the TV create depth, complemented by recessed lighting elements that highlight the shelving units. The configuration includes multiple open display niches for books or decor, alongside concealed storage for media equipment and household items.

The download is a 33.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model should be managed using layers for the cabinet carcasses, doors, and decorative elements to allow for efficient scene manipulation. Users can easily adjust the walnut and white material shaders to match specific project palettes. The unit is designed to be placed against a corner wall; ensure the pivot point is aligned to the rear corner for precise positioning. Lighting can be enhanced by assigning self-illumination or light emitters to the recessed shelf areas to capture the intended atmosphere.

Ideal for high-end residential interiors, this media wall serves as a focal point in open-plan living rooms or dedicated home cinemas. Its L-shaped geometry is perfectly suited for corner-focused interior layouts, providing a practical solution for both display and hidden storage. Architects and interior designers often specify such bespoke joinery to maximise wall utility in contemporary apartments or family homes.
