Contemporary Walnut and Leather Furniture Set

This contemporary living room furniture set for SketchUp features a sleek walnut frame design with integrated leather upholstery. This three-piece furniture collection features a cohesive aesthetic defined by curved solid wood frames with a rich walnut finish. The set includes a long, low-profile modular sofa with tufted leather seating and integrated side shelving, a matching low-profile coffee table with a dark inset surface, and a structured leather ottoman. The proportions are elongated and minimalist, emphasising horizontal lines. Each piece shares a distinct sculptural base design where the timber legs flow seamlessly into the support structure, creating a sophisticated silhouette suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge interiors.

The download is a 160 MB file containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, load these components as individual family blocks or within a single model file. The assets are organised with clear geometry, allowing for easy material assignment or texture scaling to match specific scene requirements. Use the native layers to toggle between the sofa, table, and ottoman for better viewport performance. Ensure the model is placed on a flat surface component to avoid floating geometry, and apply soft ambient lighting to highlight the wood grain and leather highlights.

These pieces are ideal for professional interior design projects, particularly in luxury residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or high-end waiting areas. The set pairs well with neutral interior palettes, textured area rugs, and warm accent lighting. Search for terms such as walnut lounge furniture, modular leather sofa, contemporary wooden coffee table, or designer living room set when sourcing these items for your BIM or CAD library. They provide a high-quality, realistic base for architectural visualisations and interior design presentations.
