Contemporary Walnut and Fabric Dining Set

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a solid wood table and upholstered chairs in a neutral colour palette. This dining ensemble includes a large, rectangular dining table with a rich walnut-toned timber top, showcasing natural wood grain patterns and softened edges. The set is accompanied by eight chairs, featuring a mix of light cream and charcoal fabric upholstery. The chairs are designed with a structured backrest and slender legs, providing a balanced, sophisticated silhouette. The arrangement is completed by a central decorative vase and two flanking potted palms, which add a layer of organic texture to the composition. The proportions are generous, suitable for formal dining areas or open-plan living spaces.

The download is a 50.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max scene, use the merge command to import the objects while maintaining the original layer structure. The textures are mapped to the geometry, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or fabric sheen in the material editor. Because the set includes multiple individual components, grouping the table and chairs after placement is recommended for easier manipulation and scene management. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each chair for precise floor-level positioning.
