Contemporary Walnut and Black 6-Seater Dining Set

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a dark walnut-brown timber table and six minimalist upholstered black chairs. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with a rich walnut-brown wood grain tabletop and six matching chairs. The chairs feature a clean, ergonomic shell design with black fabric upholstery, supported by slender, tapered black metal legs that echo the minimalist aesthetic of the table base. The set includes a small decorative glass vase with foliage as a focal point. Proportions are balanced for standard residential dining spaces, with the chairs designed for comfort and the table providing a generous surface area for six place settings without visual clutter in modern interiors.

The download is a 4.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by layers for easy selection of the table and individual chairs. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly placed at the base of each object for simple positioning. Materials are mapped with standard textures; checking the reflection and bump maps in the material editor is recommended to maintain the realistic appearance of the walnut wood grain and fabric finish. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the contrast between the dark timber and the matte black seating.

Ideal for open-plan dining rooms, apartment kitchens, and boutique restaurant interiors, this set works well in contemporary or mid-century inspired schemes. It pairs effectively with neutral wall colours or dark feature walls to enhance the walnut tones. Professionals searching for a versatile 6-seater solution for high-end residential projects or hospitality dining areas will find this model suitable for both close-up architectural visualisations and wider room renders. It is an essential asset for creating clean, functional, and inviting dining environments in any project.
