The download is a 38.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a single collection, allowing for efficient placement within a scene. Users should check object pivots to ensure the chairs align correctly with the table surface. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates, which can be adjusted to suit custom lighting setups. The geometry is clean, facilitating easy integration into larger interior visualisations. Ensure that the scene units are consistent before merging to maintain the intended scale of the furniture pieces.

This dining set is ideal for small-scale residential floor plans, such as apartments or breakfast nooks, as well as hospitality projects like hotel suites or boutique cafe layouts. Its compact, square footprint makes it a versatile choice for tight spaces where a 2-seater configuration is required. Professionals may search for this as a compact dining solution, restaurant furniture, or a contemporary breakfast table set. It pairs effectively with modern interior palettes, particularly those incorporating warm wood tones or neutral wall finishes.
