Contemporary Upholstered Modular Lounge Set

This contemporary modular lounge set for SketchUp features a multi-sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and side tables in a coordinated palette. This comprehensive furniture set comprises a large, L-shaped modular sectional sofa finished in sage green and off-white fabric upholstery. The arrangement is complemented by two blue fabric-upholstered lounge chairs with light timber legs, a tall high-backed wing chair with an integrated headrest, and two circular side tables with timber tops. The pieces share a clean, soft-edged aesthetic suitable for modern commercial interiors. Each element is scaled proportionally to create a functional, inviting social space. The design focuses on comfort and versatility, allowing for various configurations within open-plan environments or breakout areas.

The download is a 4.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 8 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set functions as a collection of grouped components. Professionals can easily integrate these assets into a project by importing the file and exploding the group to adjust the layout or reconfigure individual seating units. The textures are mapped to standard geometry, allowing for quick material overrides or colour adjustments via the material browser. It is recommended to keep the seating and tables on separate layers to maintain model organisation when populating larger floor plans or interior scenes.
