Contemporary Terracotta Fabric Modular Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular terracotta fabric sofa, a grey armchair, and a marble coffee table. The composition centres on a deep-seated, channel-tufted modular sofa upholstered in a warm terracotta fabric. It is accompanied by a modern grey armchair with slim metal legs and a low-profile, circular marble-top coffee table supported by spherical bases. The scene includes a small square ottoman in a textured monochrome houndstooth pattern, decorative throw cushions, and curated tabletop accessories. The arrangement is grounded by a large area rug, creating a cohesive visual balance of soft textures, clean lines, and contrasting geometric forms suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel design projects.

The download is a 303 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy manipulation of individual elements. Professionals should utilise the Outliner to manage visibility and the Materials tray to adjust textures or apply custom render-ready shaders. The model is scaled for standard architectural interior dimensions, making it suitable for direct insertion into larger floor plans. Users can easily swap out individual pieces or reconfigure the modular components to better suit specific room layouts and spatial requirements during the design development phase.
