About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a teal fabric 3-seater sofa, a coffee table, and matching decor elements. This curated living room set comprises a three-seater sofa upholstered in a vibrant teal fabric, accented with tufted back cushions and tapered timber legs. The assembly includes a circular white-topped coffee table with a gold-finished geometric wire base, a low-profile storage unit in a light wood finish, a textured area rug, a minimalist linear pendant light, and a piece of wall art depicting a horse. The proportions are balanced for a modern residential interior, with the light wood and gold accents providing a warm contrast to the cool-toned upholstery of the sofa.

The download is a 32.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised as a cohesive scene, allowing users to import the entire group into a project file. Designers can adjust the individual components by exploding the group or editing the nested components to match specific layout requirements. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled within the material editor. The scene is scaled for standard residential floor plans, making it efficient for rapid visualisation and interior space planning workflows.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set works well in apartments, townhouses, or contemporary show homes. It serves as a focal point for living room renders, providing a complete look with minimal effort. Designers often search for these coordinated sets when working on quick concept stages or client presentations. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and timber flooring, fitting seamlessly into various contemporary, minimalist, or eclectic design schemes where a bold pop of colour is required.
