About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a pair of teal fabric 2-seater sofas, accompanied by a glass-top coffee table and rug. This set includes two identical 2-seater sofas upholstered in a textured teal fabric, featuring clean lines and a low-profile backrest. The cushions are integrated into the frame, providing a structured yet comfortable appearance. Accompanying the seating is a rectangular coffee table constructed with a wooden base and a clear glass top. A multicoloured geometric rug ties the arrangement together, providing a vibrant foundation. The composition is completed by a small decorative plant arrangement on the table and two white throw cushions, offering a cohesive look for modern interior design schemes.

The download is a 33.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct components for the sofas, coffee table, and rug, allowing for easy placement and repositioning within your scene. Apply your preferred render settings to the fabric textures to capture the weave detail, and ensure the glass material on the coffee table is assigned a transparent property with refraction for realistic results. The scale is set to real-world units, making it straightforward to insert into any residential floor plan or interior render project directly.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lounge areas, or contemporary reception spaces, this set provides a balanced seating solution for small to medium-sized layouts. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles and neutral wall palettes, where the teal fabric can serve as a primary accent colour. Professionals can search for this asset when specifying furniture for modern apartments, boutique hotels, or open-plan office breakout zones, as it offers a complete, ready-to-use furniture grouping that saves time during the initial stages of design development.
