About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp lounge set features a tan leather sofa, matching armchairs, an oval coffee table and a pendant light. This lounge furniture set comprises a curved-back three-seater sofa and two companion armchairs, all upholstered in a warm tan leather with visible natural wood frames and tapered legs. The ensemble includes a minimalist, solid-form oval coffee table in a light cream finish and a linear-style rectangular pendant light with a cascading, layered aesthetic. The proportions are balanced for conversational seating, with the sofa and chairs sharing a consistent silhouette. The set is presented as a cohesive arrangement, ideal for defining a lounge area or formal seating zone within a larger floor plan.

The download is a 4.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp model into a project, treat the collection as a single component group. You can easily explode the group to rearrange individual seating pieces or the coffee table to suit specific room dimensions. Apply your preferred render-ready materials to the leather and wood surfaces to manage texture tiling. Ensure the pendant light is placed at an appropriate ceiling height, using the native SketchUp axes to align the furniture set with your floor plan or interior perspective views for rapid visualisation.

This versatile seating arrangement works well in residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or executive waiting areas. Designers might search for this when specifying high-end lounge groupings that require a warm, cohesive material palette. It pairs effectively with neutral-toned rugs, timber flooring, and soft ambient lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere. Whether staging a modern apartment project or a sophisticated commercial breakout space, this set provides a balanced, ready-to-use configuration that anchors a room and establishes a clear sense of scale and materiality.
