Contemporary Tan Leather and Fabric Swivel Armchair Set

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair set features a tan leather shell with a beige fabric seat, supported by a polished metal swivel base. This set includes a low-profile swivel armchair and a matching metallic side table. The armchair features a structured tan leather outer shell that curves into integrated armrests, contrasted by a soft, light-beige fabric upholstered seat cushion. The chair sits on a four-point polished metal star base, providing a sleek, modern aesthetic. Beside it stands a sculptural, tapered side table with a metallic finish, which provides a cohesive look for lounge areas. The proportions are balanced for comfort, making it suitable for both professional office settings and refined residential living rooms.

The download is a 28.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the leather, fabric, and metal components. Users should ensure the swivel base pivot point is correctly aligned for animation or placement. The materials are mapped for standard renderers; apply high-resolution environment maps to the metallic surfaces to capture realistic reflections. The set is scaled to real-world units, allowing for immediate integration into architectural scenes without the need for extensive resizing or re-mapping of textures.
