Contemporary Tan Leather 3-Seater Sofa Set in Brown

This contemporary tan leather 3-seater sofa set for SketchUp includes a matching ottoman and a wood-and-glass coffee table. The central 3-seater sofa is upholstered in tan leather, featuring a low-profile frame and backrest cushions. It is accented by a collection of plush white and brown throw pillows. The accompanying square ottoman matches the sofa's leather finish and sits on a slim black base. A rectangular coffee table completes the set, constructed from wood with a central glass-topped display section and an open storage shelf beneath. The set provides a warm, cohesive aesthetic suitable for residential lounge areas, balancing clean lines with comfortable, structured seating proportions.

The download is a 78.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups for easy placement and manipulation. Users can scale the individual components independently or adjust the material mapping on the leather and wood surfaces to suit specific interior lighting conditions. The model is optimized for quick insertion into architectural scenes; ensure the axis origin is correctly set for snapping to floor planes. Use tags to manage the visibility of the decorative cushions and tabletop accessories to maintain viewport performance when populating larger residential projects.

This furniture set is ideal for residential living room designs, luxury apartment staging, or hotel lobby lounge areas. It pairs well with neutral-toned rugs and minimalist wall art to create an inviting atmosphere. Professionals searching for a complete, ready-to-render living room arrangement will find this set efficient for high-end interior visualisations. It fits seamlessly into projects requiring a sophisticated, warm-toned seating area that feels both curated and functional. Its versatile style works across various modern and contemporary design briefs.
