Contemporary Tan Leather 3-Seater Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary SketchUp living room scene features a tan leather 3-seater sofa paired with stone-topped tables and decor. The scene is anchored by a three-seater sofa upholstered in a warm tan leather with visible stitched detailing and a slim black metal frame. Accompanying the seating are two nesting-style coffee tables with stone tops and slender metal bases, alongside a matching side table. The composition includes a large abstract wall artwork, a branch-style chandelier, a textured area rug, and decorative cushions. The proportions are balanced for a modern residential lounge, with the clean lines of the furniture contrasting against the natural texture of the leather and the organic stone surfaces.

The download is a 24 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene, import the component into your project file and place it using the base point as a reference. The items are organised into logical layers, allowing you to isolate the sofa from the tables, lighting, or decor if needed. Apply high-resolution texture maps to the leather surfaces and adjust the material reflectivity settings to suit your specific lighting environment. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against your floor plan before finalising the placement within your room design.

This asset is ideal for residential interior visualisations, luxury apartment staging, and high-end hospitality lobby concepts. It works well in projects requiring a sophisticated, neutral palette and pairs effectively with open-plan layouts. Designers often search for this type of furniture grouping when creating photorealistic living room renders or testing spatial arrangements for client presentations. The set provides a ready-made focal point for modern homes, fitting seamlessly into both minimalist and contemporary design schemes where comfort meets refined, clean-lined aesthetic appeal.
