About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features a sage leather finish, complete with accent cushions and a matching lounge set. This 3-seater sofa features a clean-lined, contemporary profile with slim metal legs and a smooth sage-green leather upholstery. The design includes two large back cushions and two contrasting orange scatter cushions for added texture. Accompanying the sofa is a round timber coffee table on splayed legs, a geometric patterned area rug, a multi-globe pendant light, and a set of three framed wall prints. The composition is balanced and neutral, offering a cohesive look for modern interior spaces, with all elements arranged to demonstrate a functional and aesthetic living room layout.

The download is a 44.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy manipulation of individual elements like the coffee table or lighting. Users can scale the scene to fit specific floor plans or isolate the sofa component for use in other projects. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily edited or swapped in the material browser. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to manage visibility during rendering or viewport navigation.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene works well in living room visualisations, apartment staging, or hospitality lobby concepts. It pairs effectively with minimalist or contemporary furniture palettes and provides a ready-made focal point for presentation renders. Architects and designers can use this set to quickly populate floor plans or interior elevations during the concept phase.
