About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair features a striking red fabric interior with a textured white boucle exterior and a swivel base. Defined by its distinct tub-style silhouette, this armchair presents a bold contrast between its vibrant red fabric interior and a tactile white boucle outer shell. The backrest is vertically channel-stitched, providing a structured, comfortable wrap-around feel that flows into a seamless, circular seat cushion. The base is finished in a dark, understated tone, facilitating a smooth swivel motion. Its proportions are compact, making it an ideal choice for accent seating where both comfort and visual impact are required. The clean, modern lines ensure it sits well within diverse interior design schemes.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical material IDs for the interior fabric and exterior boucle textures. Users should ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base to facilitate rotation. When integrating into a scene, apply a high-quality fabric shader to the red upholstery and adjust the bump or displacement maps on the boucle to capture the characteristic depth of the material. Use standard lighting setups to highlight the contrast between the smooth seat and the textured back.
