About this asset

This pair of contemporary nightstands for SketchUp features two distinct wood and rattan designs with integrated storage drawers. This set includes two distinct two-drawer nightstands designed with a focus on natural textures and clean lines. The first unit features a walnut-toned frame with woven rattan drawer fronts and a semi-circular recessed pull detail. The second unit presents a lighter timber finish, incorporating horizontal glass-panelled drawers with dark, mesh-like inserts and minimalist circular knobs. Both pieces are supported by tapered legs, elevating the main storage volume off the floor to maintain a light, airy aesthetic. The proportions are balanced for use beside a standard bed, offering functional surface area and enclosed storage.

The download is a 17.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate these SketchUp components into a project, place them using the native move and rotate tools to align with bedroom furniture layouts. The models are organised into logical groups, allowing for easy selection and material adjustments. Users can apply custom wood grain textures or adjust the transparency of the glass elements within the materials editor to suit specific rendering requirements. Ensure the model origin is set to the base for efficient snapping to floor planes and wall surfaces.

Ideal for residential bedrooms and hotel suites, these nightstands complement Scandi, japandi, or contemporary interior schemes. They work well as a matching pair or as individual accents in a curated space. Professionals searching for bedroom storage, timber bedside tables, or rattan-textured furniture will find these assets suitable for high-quality interior visualisations. They pair effectively with upholstered beds, minimalist table lamps, and neutral bedding, fitting seamlessly into both master suites and guest rooms where a warm, organic material palette is desired.
