About this asset

This contemporary off-white fabric L-shaped sectional sofa for 3ds Max features a low-profile, tufted seat and an integrated side table. Defined by its low-slung, rectilinear silhouette, this L-shaped sectional sofa presents a minimalist aesthetic suitable for open-plan living areas. The seating surface is finished with a grid-pattern tufted upholstery in a neutral off-white fabric, providing a structured yet soft appearance. It includes three back cushions and one smaller scatter cushion for varied support. The entire unit sits on a recessed, dark-toned plinth base that enhances its floating, ground-hugging profile.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically managed as a single grouped object or a collection of linked components. Users should verify that the pivot point is set to the floor level for easy placement in interior scenes. The fabric textures are mapped to standard material slots, allowing for quick adjustments to bump or specular maps to match specific lighting setups. Given its modular geometry, it is best placed using snapping tools to align with wall corners or focal points in architectural visualizations.

This sectional is an excellent choice for modern residential living rooms, high-end hotel lobbies, or contemporary lounge areas where a clean, horizontal line is desired. It pairs effectively with low-profile coffee tables and minimalist area rugs. Professionals searching for modular seating, low-slung sofas, or contemporary lounge furniture will find this model useful for creating balanced, spacious layouts. It is particularly effective in luxury residential projects or staged apartments where a sophisticated, neutral piece is required to anchor a large, open-plan space.
