Contemporary Off-White Fabric Curved Sectional Sofa

This contemporary 3ds Max model of a curved sectional sofa features off-white fabric upholstery and a sleek, low-profile metallic base. This large-scale curved sectional sofa features a modular design composed of two primary segments that create a sweeping crescent silhouette. The upholstery is a neutral off-white fabric with subtle vertical channel tufting along the interior backrest. A slim metallic plinth base provides a refined foundation. The piece is accessorised with four scatter cushions in contrasting grey and deep orange tones, adding depth to the monochromatic frame. The proportions are generous, designed for large open-plan living areas or hotel lobbies, offering a sophisticated, rounded aesthetic that encourages social interaction while maintaining a clean, minimalist profile.

The download is a 140 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed via a clean layer structure, allowing for easy separation of the main sofa body and individual cushions. Users can apply custom fabric shaders to the upholstery via the material editor, utilising the existing UV mapping. The base geometry is optimised for standard interior scenes, with modifiers kept accessible for further subdivision if required for high-detail close-up shots. Ensure the pivot point is set to the floor level for efficient placement within your architectural project files.
