Contemporary Mixed Material Bar Stool Collection

This diverse collection of sixteen contemporary bar stools for SketchUp features varied material combinations including wood, metal, and fabric. This extensive set comprises sixteen distinct bar stool designs, ranging from minimalist wire-frame structures to robust wooden frames and swivel-base models. The collection showcases a wide variety of seat profiles, including contoured plywood shells, upholstered pads, and open-back metal geometries. Each stool demonstrates different structural approaches, from four-legged tapered designs to sled bases and central pedestal supports. Materials are thoughtfully paired, with natural timber finishes contrasted against powder-coated steel or polished metal frames. The diversity in these designs allows for seamless integration into various interior schemes, offering solutions for both high-traffic commercial environments and refined residential kitchen islands.

The download is a 57.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 16 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these stools are organised as individual components, allowing for efficient placement and swapping within a project file. Users should verify the scale against their specific counter heights upon insertion to ensure ergonomic alignment. Materials are applied via the native SketchUp material editor, where textures can be easily replaced or adjusted to suit specific project palettes. Utilizing layers or tags to group these stools helps maintain model performance, particularly when populating large-scale bar or restaurant scenes with multiple seating units.
