About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a wall-mounted TV unit with a marble back panel, walnut slats, and charcoal storage modules. The assembly comprises a floating, multi-drawer charcoal media console mounted against a vertical slatted walnut timber feature wall. A central slab of white marble with grey veining acts as the primary mounting surface for a flat-screen television. To the left, a tall, vertical storage cabinet with integrated open shelving provides space for decorative items, complemented by internal lighting. The horizontal composition is balanced by the solid base unit, which spans the width of the feature panel, creating a clean, structured appearance suitable for modern living spaces and media rooms.

The download is a 24 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is structured as a group or component, allowing for quick placement against vertical wall surfaces. Users should ensure the model origin is set to the rear face for easy alignment. The materials, including the marble texture and wood grain, are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled within the material editor. The floating nature of the unit requires careful positioning relative to the floor plane to maintain appropriate ergonomic heights for viewing.

This wall unit is designed for high-end residential living rooms, home cinema setups, and luxury apartment interiors. It provides a sophisticated focal point, working well with minimalist or contemporary interior schemes. Architects and interior designers can use this asset during the concept or development phases to demonstrate integrated media storage solutions. It pairs effectively with modern seating arrangements, ambient floor lighting, and neutral wall finishes, serving as a functional and aesthetic anchor for the primary social space in a home project.
