About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max TV unit features a central marble-cladded media panel flanked by dark wood open shelving and integrated decor. The unit is defined by a central vertical panel surfaced in a dramatic, book-matched veined marble, which serves as the primary mounting space for a television. On either side, full-height dark-toned wood shelving provides ample display area for accessories, books, and sculptural objects. The base features a horizontal shelf with vertical slatted detailing, creating a grounded, rhythmic aesthetic. The overall composition balances the cool, polished texture of the stone with the warmth and depth of the dark timber, making it a sophisticated focal point for a modern interior design scheme.

The download is a 47.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is typically handled as a single group or assembly. Designers should ensure the pivot point is aligned to the rear face for efficient snapping against a wall surface. The marble texture mapping should be checked for continuity across the central panels, while individual decor items on the shelves can be detached or hidden to reduce scene complexity if necessary. Standard material slots should be assigned to the stone and timber components to allow for easy global adjustments during final lighting.

This media unit is suitable for high-end residential living rooms, luxury apartment suites, or premium hospitality lobby areas. It functions best when placed against a feature wall to emphasize the scale and the striking marble grain. Professionals looking for a cohesive media wall solution will find this piece useful for creating a polished, curated look in contemporary projects. It pairs effectively with minimalist seating arrangements and ambient cove lighting to highlight the material contrast between the dark wood and the natural stone.
