Contemporary Leather and Fabric Armchair Set

This contemporary SketchUp model features a pair of upholstered armchairs with distinct leather and fabric finishes for versatile interior layouts. These two armchairs feature a compact, tub-style silhouette with a rounded backrest that flows seamlessly into integrated armrests. The design emphasizes a clean, monolithic base with subtle vertical pleating detail along the interior backrest, providing a refined aesthetic. One chair is finished in a smooth, tan-brown leather exterior with a contrasting cream-white interior, while the second is fully upholstered in a textured, dark grey fabric. Both pieces sit on low-profile, minimalist feet, maintaining a low centre of gravity and a sophisticated profile suitable for high-end lounge areas or boutique hotel lobbies.

The download is a 21.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate these armchairs into a SketchUp project, import the components into your model using the component browser. Ensure the geometry is placed on a dedicated furniture layer to maintain scene organisation. Users can apply custom materials or adjust the existing texture mapping to match specific project colour palettes. For high-quality visualisations, consider using a rendering plugin to enhance the material reflection and light interaction on the leather and fabric surfaces, ensuring the model's textures align with your scene's lighting conditions.
