Contemporary Grey Velvet Tufted Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a grey velvet tufted sofa, organic coffee table, and coordinating lounge seating. This comprehensive furniture arrangement centres on a large, deep-buttoned tufted sofa upholstered in charcoal velvet. Accompanying pieces include a sculptural, organic-shaped coffee table with a warm timber finish, a single high-back armchair in brown leather, and two round, terracotta-toned poufs. The set is grounded by a large, patterned area rug featuring geometric chevron lines. Additional decorative elements include two small side tables topped with modern table lamps, a low grey ottoman, and various scatter cushions. The composition provides a balanced mix of textures, contrasting the plush velvet upholstery with smooth wood surfaces and soft fabrics.

The download is a 60.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilise this scene as a complete staging solution within 3ds Max. The assets are organised for efficient placement, allowing for easy adjustment of individual objects or the entire group. Users should ensure the scene scale is verified against project requirements upon merging. Materials are mapped for immediate rendering, though fine-tuning of reflection and glossiness parameters may be required to suit specific lighting environments. The modular nature of the individual furniture items allows them to be extracted and repurposed into other interior design projects as needed.
