Contemporary Grey Velvet L-Shaped Sectional Sofa with Integrated Side Table – Variant 2

This contemporary L-shaped sectional sofa for 3ds Max features grey velvet upholstery, a tufted green section, and an integrated wood side table. Defined by its low-profile, modular architecture, this L-shaped sectional sofa combines deep, plush seating with clean geometric lines. The primary frame is upholstered in a textured grey velvet, contrasted by a single tufted green ottoman-style module within the configuration. A sleek, cantilevered timber side table is seamlessly integrated into the armrest, providing a functional surface for accessories. The set includes various square and rectangular scatter cushions in tonal shades, adding depth and comfort. Its robust base, finished in a dark, warm wood tone, grounds the piece, balancing the softness of the upholstery with structural refinement.

The download is a 80.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, place the sofa as a single object or ungroup the components to adjust the modular arrangement to suit specific floor plans. The materials are pre-applied, allowing for immediate placement within architectural visualisations. Professionals should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane for accurate snapping. Use standard lighting setups to highlight the velvet's subtle sheen and the wood grain texture, ensuring that the scene exposure accounts for the dark, rich fabric tones.
