Contemporary Grey Velvet Curved Sofa with Cushions

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa features a distinct curved silhouette upholstered in grey velvet with contrasting decorative cushions. This three-seater sofa presents a fluid, kidney-shaped design that creates a soft focal point in any interior space. The frame is fully upholstered in a textured grey velvet, providing a tactile, high-end finish. A wrap-around backrest follows the gentle arc of the seat, while small, slender metal legs provide a subtle lift. The piece includes three loose scatter cushions: one in a neutral beige fabric and two in a dark grey geometric-patterned textile, adding depth and visual interest to the composition. Its low-profile, organic form prioritises comfort while maintaining a refined, modern aesthetic.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy selection and material management. Users can quickly apply custom fabric shaders to the base upholstery or swap out the cushion textures to suit specific design palettes. The sofa is scaled to standard residential dimensions, allowing for straightforward integration into existing scene files. It is best placed using object snapping to align the curved base with floor plans or feature rugs, ensuring accurate positioning within complex interior compositions.

Ideal for sophisticated living rooms, hotel lobbies, and high-end lounge areas, this sofa pairs well with circular coffee tables or organic-shaped rugs. It serves as a statement piece in open-plan apartments or residential suites where a curved silhouette helps to soften rigid architectural lines. Professionals looking for luxury seating options will find this model suitable for both contemporary and transitional interior design projects.
