About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey terrazzo kitchen island and dining set with six brown chairs and a linear pendant light. This composition integrates a functional kitchen island with a dining surface, finished in a grey terrazzo material. The island features a raised end block for visual depth. Included are six modern dining chairs with contoured brown shells and slender black metal bases. A minimalist linear pendant light hangs above the arrangement, providing a clean geometric profile. Decorative elements such as a vase with greenery and a bowl of fruit are included, adding a layer of realism to the scene. The entire assembly is designed as a cohesive unit for open-plan living spaces.

The download is a 7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 8 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is typically managed as a single group or individual linked components, allowing for easy placement within a floor plan. Users can adjust the material IDs on the terrazzo and chair shells to suit specific project palettes. The linear pendant light is positioned for standard ceiling heights; ensure the light intensity and falloff are adjusted to match the interior lighting scheme. The model should be merged into the master scene, with pivot points maintained at the base for accurate alignment.

Ideal for high-end residential kitchen-diner layouts or boutique hospitality interior projects, this set serves as a central feature in open-plan living areas. It pairs well with minimalist cabinetry and neutral architectural finishes. Professionals searching for integrated kitchen dining solutions, compact island seating arrangements, or contemporary furniture sets for loft apartments will find this model highly applicable. It is suitable for design stages ranging from initial concept development to final high-resolution visualisations where a fully dressed kitchen or dining space is required.
