The download is a 25.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organized into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of the table and individual chairs. Users should apply high-resolution textures to the marble surface to capture the material depth and adjust the reflection parameters on the chrome base to suit the specific lighting environment. The chairs are provided as instances, enabling efficient scene management. Ensure that the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each object for precise placement within your floor plan.

This dining set is ideal for luxury residential dining rooms, sophisticated open-plan apartments, or boutique hospitality projects like high-end restaurant dining areas. The neutral colour palette and sleek, contemporary lines allow it to pair seamlessly with various interior styles, from minimalist to modern. Professionals searching for a refined, ready-to-use dining solution will find this set effective for creating polished renders. It fits well in projects requiring a focal point for a social space, particularly when paired with statement pendant lighting or area rugs.
