About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp lounge set features a grey leather three-seater sofa, two matching armchairs, and a glass-top coffee table. This furniture grouping comprises a sleek three-seater sofa and a pair of boxy armchairs, all upholstered in smooth grey leather with exposed white-painted metal frames. The aesthetic is clean and linear, echoing mid-century modern influences through its tubular structure and minimal profile. Included is a tiered coffee table with a dark base and a clear glass top, providing a balanced geometric focal point. White scatter cushions are provided for the seating, adding contrast to the deep grey upholstery. The complete assembly offers a unified, professional look for high-end interior compositions.

The download is a 5.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp set by importing the component group directly into your project file. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for furniture to maintain scene organisation. The geometry is clean, allowing for easy material overrides if you wish to adjust the leather texture or metal finish to suit your specific render settings. Use the native scaling tools to adjust the footprint according to your floor plan, and consider applying a soft area light or HDRI to highlight the glass and metal surfaces.

Ideal for staged living rooms, hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas, this set provides a polished seating arrangement for residential and commercial interior design projects. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall art, geometric rugs, and neutral colour palettes. Professionals often search for this type of modular seating group when planning open-plan living spaces or waiting rooms where a cohesive, structured look is required. The set is well-suited for early-stage conceptual modelling as well as final high-quality visualisations of contemporary domestic or corporate interiors.
