Contemporary Grey Lacquer Shoe Cabinet with Marble Top

This contemporary 3ds Max shoe cabinet features a sleek grey lacquer finish, a dark marble top, and integrated under-cabinet lighting. Designed for narrow circulation spaces, this five-door cabinet exhibits a streamlined, minimalist profile. The main carcass is finished in a smooth, matte grey lacquer, complemented by a thin, polished grey marble top with subtle white veining. The unit is supported by two recessed side plinths, which create a floating aesthetic. A warm, integrated LED strip runs along the underside of the cabinet, providing soft illumination to the floor surface beneath. A simple white vase containing a floral arrangement is included as decorative accessory, resting centrally on the stone surface.

The download is a 9.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene using the layer manager to keep the geometry and lighting elements organised. The cabinet is modelled with distinct components for the doors and carcass, allowing for potential animation or adjustments. Ensure the light source is mapped to your preferred renderer’s light object for accurate emission. Scale the unit according to your specific floor plan requirements before applying custom material overrides to the lacquer surfaces if a different sheen is needed.

This storage unit is ideally suited for residential entryways, compact hallways, or dressing rooms where space is at a premium. Its low-profile depth makes it functional for narrow transition zones in apartments or luxury homes. Professionals searching for slimline storage, hallway furniture, or contemporary entrance consoles will find this piece effective for staging high-end interiors. It pairs well with minimalist wall mirrors, modern coat racks, or textured wall cladding, serving as a clean focal point in a foyer or circulation corridor.
