About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max side table set features a two-tier smoked glass design with a slim metal frame and a matching table lamp. This side table set consists of a two-tier structure featuring offset rectangular surfaces crafted from smoked glass. The frame is constructed from slender, dark-finished metal, providing a lightweight yet stable base for the tiered arrangement. Included in the set is a modern table lamp with a cylindrical base and a flat, circular head, alongside a small stack of books. The overall aesthetic relies on clean lines, transparent surfaces, and a balanced, geometric composition. The materials contrast the reflective, cool tones of the glass with the dark, matte finish of the metal supporting structure.

The download is a 7.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the lamp, books, and table components. Users can adjust the glass material's opacity and reflection settings to suit specific interior lighting scenarios. The geometry is clean, allowing for straightforward scaling if the table needs to be resized for different furniture layouts. It is recommended to merge the asset into the scene as a group to maintain the spatial relationship between the table and the included decorative objects.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms or luxury hotel suites, this side table serves as a functional accent piece. It works effectively when placed adjacent to a lounge chair or at the end of a sofa to provide a surface for reading lamps and personal items. Professionals searching for minimalist furniture, modern accent tables, or refined interior decor sets will find this asset useful for staging sophisticated, contemporary spaces that require a balance of utility and clean, architectural design elements.
