About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric sectional sofa set for SketchUp features a modular configuration with matching nested coffee tables and a rug. The set includes a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, featuring deep seats and soft, overstuffed cushions for a relaxed aesthetic. Accompanying the sofa are two nested, organic-shaped coffee tables crafted from natural light wood, which provide a warm contrast to the upholstery. A minimalist, circular side table with a dark finish and a large, textured rug complete the arrangement. The components are designed with clean lines and soft curves, creating a balanced, inviting living room composition that emphasises comfort and tactile material quality.

The download is a 99.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised by component groups, allowing for easy repositioning of the sofa modules and tables within your scene. The materials are applied as high-resolution textures; users should ensure the texture paths are mapped correctly upon insertion. The geometry is clean and suitable for mid-range visualisations. To integrate into a project, use the 'Import' function to bring the model into your master file, then use the 'Scale' tool to adjust dimensions to match your specific floor plan requirements.

This furniture set is ideal for residential living room designs, luxury apartment staging, and hotel lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist or soft-contemporary interior styles, providing a grounded focal point for open-plan layouts. Professionals looking for 'modular living room seating', 'grey sectional sofa models', or 'nested wood coffee tables' will find this collection versatile for various project stages, from initial concept renders to final presentation imagery. The neutral palette ensures it integrates seamlessly into diverse colour schemes and architectural settings.
