About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a grey fabric sectional sofa with a chaise, complemented by accent cushions and a lounge set. This sectional sofa features a low-profile, modular design upholstered in a light grey fabric. The configuration includes a dedicated chaise lounge section on the left, paired with a low backrest and wide, block-style arms. The aesthetic is softened by a selection of scatter cushions, including a prominent tan leather square cushion and smaller grey bolster pillows. The scene also incorporates a pair of circular nesting coffee tables, a geometric wall-mounted storage unit, and a contemporary multi-globe pendant light, all anchored by a neutral-toned, patterned area rug that defines the lounge space.

The download is a 46 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp model into a project, use the component structure to isolate the sofa from the surrounding decor elements if necessary. The geometry is clean, allowing for easy placement within a floor plan. Apply your preferred render-ready materials to the fabric and leather surfaces to achieve realistic light absorption. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against your room height before applying textures, and use the native layers to toggle visibility for the individual accessories like the coffee tables and wall unit.

This sectional sofa is ideal for modern residential living room designs, open-plan apartments, and boutique hotel lounge areas. Its low-slung, minimalist silhouette works well in projects focusing on contemporary comfort and clean lines. Professionals can utilise this asset for interior visualisation, spatial planning, and concept development. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes, hardwood flooring, and large-format artwork, making it a versatile choice for designers seeking a balanced, ready-to-render seating arrangement that anchors a living space without overwhelming the surrounding architecture.
